The overall goal of the Philadelphia Black online space is to encourage the exchange of information in Philadelphia’s African American community. We welcome everyone to our environment, so long as the activity supports our goal.

Our philosophy is “Everyone is Newsworthy!”, and we welcome you to use our stage as a vehicle to take a stand, promote a product, service or event, and speak your mind.

There are no costs involved unless you want to formally advertise – and even then we don’t rake you over the coals….
